Foxtons had lost its competitive edge. With a new Foxtons leadership team onboard, The Make Group was tasked with rejuvenating the brand and getting the company back on the front foot. 

We have partnered with Foxtons for two years, working on multiple fronts to transform the public perception and internal culture of Foxtons. 

 

 

We articulated a clear brand purpose, brought to life through the “We Get It Done” brand idea. This has since been supported through a series of campaigns such as “Spring into Action” “Get It Done with London’s Number 1.” and ‘Grab January by the Foxtons’.  

 

 

Our integrated creative offering has enabled us to bring these ideas to life across multiple touchpoints including Foxtons branches, the iconic mini, digital advertising, direct mail, print, the Foxtons website, internal culture initiatives and the Annual Report.

 

 

Results:

Foxtons has regained its place as the largest lettings and sales agent in London, with its share price rising by 83%. 

 

 

Market share has also markedly improved, with a 16% increase in lettings, a 26% rise in sales and Foxtons is now the fastest-growing estate agent in the UK.
