Over seven years, we built it from the ground up and end to end. A new eCommerce platform designed for performance and scale. Google Ads and Facebook advertising partnerships integrated into a demand engine that could find and convert the right customers efficiently. Logistics and fulfilment overhauled to support international despatch. Every element of the commercial ecosystem designed to work together, not in isolation.
With the foundations in place, we turned to international expansion, taking the brand into the US and Western European markets, with the platform architecture, media partnerships and operational infrastructure already built to support it.
Throughout, the work required careful brand stewardship. Sargasso & Grey’s distinctiveness is a commercial asset, not a constraint. Growth at the expense of what makes the brand worth buying was never the goal.
